OUR APPROACH / YOURABLECASE
Disability claims deserve a clearer path.
YOURABLECASE is the dedicated disability-intake experience for a law-firm team—not a government service or a claims approval website.
THE GUIDE / 01
Why this site exists
The disability benefits system has unfamiliar terminology, forms, and procedural stages. The first decision many people face is simply identifying the kind of help they need.
YOURABLECASE was built to give visitors a plain-language starting point and to route their requests into a dedicated claims-management workspace. It is designed around clarity, not promises of approval.
THE GUIDE / 02
The people behind the review
Intake requests are intended for review by personnel working with the firm identified on this website. Staff can organize the request, review the claim stage, and determine whether to follow up. Only the firm can decide whether representation is available for any particular matter.
If the firm is able to assist, its team can explain who would be handling your matter and the appropriate next steps. An online request does not guarantee acceptance or a particular outcome.
THE GUIDE / 03
How we handle the first conversation
- Start with straightforward questions rather than legal jargon
- Ask for the information needed to understand the current claim stage
- Provide a path to official SSA filing resources
- Keep private case details out of public links and sharing tools
- Explain when a request is only an inquiry, not a formal engagement
THE GUIDE / 04
A private platform, not a federal office
YOURABLECASE is not operated, endorsed, or affiliated with the Social Security Administration. SSA makes the disability eligibility and benefit decisions. This site’s form cannot submit claims or appeals to SSA.
YOUR NEXT MOVE
Get a clearer direction.
Tell our intake team where you are in the process. There is no obligation to request a review.
